Measure the shirt laid flat. Chest width is measured across the chest, not around your body. Length is measured from the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Measurements are a guide and may vary.

Made to order, packed with care

Every Ghostline tee is printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made, packed, and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. Our standard processing window also applies to orders containing hats.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery time is additional to processing time and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after your order ships.

Preorders

Preorders will show a separate estimated shipping window on the product page.

If an order is delayed

If we cannot ship within the promised window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel good in your Ghostline gear. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Trying an item on to check the fit is fine.

Our standard Ghostline designs are eligible even though we print our tees after you order.

How to start

Contact Ghostline Supply Co. with your order number, the item you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping and size exchanges

For a size change or change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. For a size exchange, we cover one standard shipment of the replacement item after receiving and inspecting your return. Exchanges depend on availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we offer a refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we issue the merchandise refund to your original payment method and notify you. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary shipping costs to resolve our error or a defective item.
